Privacy Policy

The short version

PolyClay Mixer does not collect, store or share any personal data. There is no account, no advertising and no tracking. Your recipes stay on your devices and in your own iCloud account, where we can't see them.

Data stored on your device and in your iCloud

Your recipes, palettes, clay stock levels and settings are stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, they are also synced through your own private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service, so your devices stay in step. That data is held by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy, and 4RT Limited has no access to it.

You can delete any recipe in the app, or remove all of the app's data by deleting the app and its iCloud data in the Settings app under your name › iCloud.

Camera and photos

If you use Take Photo or Choose Photo, the image is analysed on your device to find its colours. Photos are never uploaded, stored by us or shared. The app only sees photos you choose, and it asks before using the camera.

Purchases

The optional Full Unlock is bought through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment, and we receive no payment card or personal details. The app only checks with Apple whether the unlock has been bought.

Shopping links

Some clay colours include links to retailers such as Amazon UK and Craft Cellar. Links open in your web browser, and anything you do on those sites is covered by their privacy policies. Amazon links include our Amazon Associates tag so we can earn a small commission. The tag identifies us, not you, and the app sends no information about you to any retailer.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

The app contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking code, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
